For the LED Mask purchased from our website, we offer 30 days money back guarantee. If you try our product and not satisfied with your results by the end of 30 days period, simply request a return, send the product back to us, and we'll issue a full refund.

Please read and understand our terms and conditions below:

  1. To be eligible for a 30-day money back guarantee , you must have proof of purchase from Glow Theory.
  2. Make sure the product & packaging must be in new condition. If a product is missing, box is damaged or not in restockable condition we cannot provide a refund. Refunds can only be issued to the method that was used to pay for the order.

  4. Once approved, return the product (in their original packaging and all components) via traceable mail service within 30 days from the date of purchase to the address provided by our customer care representative.
  5. Once your item is returned and inspected, the product's purchase price will be refunded to you. Please note that actual postage costs for the sending and returning of the product(s) are the full responsibility of the claimant and, unfortunately, are not refunded.

All steps above must have been actioned to be eligible for a refund under 30-days.

This policy excludes returns without proof of purchase.
